Hamas in Gaza is saying that they are ready to take the next step and disarm themselves in order to move forward with the end of the war. When you take a closer look, you see that just right after they had the fake elections that put them back into the key places in the governing body of Gaza, they actually said that instead of giving thier guns to Israel or even another country, what they said is they are going to put thier guns in storage so they can get to them later when they feel like they need. Even though this is a complete joke, it still shows that they are beginning, at least to start trying to come to some sort of deal to put this to an end.
