It was 24 years ago (1973) on the eve of Yom Kippur that Arab world thought that they would be able to destroy the Jewish State but it’s different this time. The United States is trying to force Israel into giving up Judea and Samaria. Iran threatening the destruction of Israel possibly with a nuclear bomb and Syria moving mass amounts of troops to our northern border claiming that they can hit all parts of Israel with over 600 missiles armed with chemical and biological warheads.  Hezbollah now rearmed with longer range missiles with Syrian chemical warheads on many of them.  Hamas in Gaza has had over two years to arm with weapons supplied by Iran and Syria to bring down fighter jets and missiles that will reach all the way to Jerusalem.  And no one ever mentions Egypt who has been supplied the latest F-15 and F-16’s, long range artillery not to mention a navy second to none in this part of the Mediterranean.  The Saudis being sold the best F-15's the US has, knowing that they are only ten minutes from Eilat. With the CIA training PA troops in Jericho and calling Abbas a moderate terrorist the US has given tens of thousands of guns to our neighbor the so-called “Palestinians” that are used daily to kill us with.

The fact that Abbas’s “Palestinian” army is shooting and killing our boys with US supplied guns on a weekly basis in Gaza, Nablus and Ramallah means little to nothing to Rice or Bush.  With the world knowing what has happened since we pulled out of Gaza they now want us to give over the mountains of Judea and Samaria to these same insane murdering Islamic Arabs. 

And still a very large part of American can’t see George Bush for what he really is.  I don’t know one person here in Israel, who thinks Olmert is honest or shouldn’t be removed from office, but it never happens, yesterday and today Rice and Olmert are making back room deals out of sight even from his own cabinet or the press to give God’s Promised Land to the enemies of God. Large numbers of Israelis are standing outside of his residence here in Jerusalem calling him a Traitor but it is like water on a ducks back, it seems nothing will stop this ego maniac.

So tonight we go into another Yom Kippur expecting all hell to break loose around here.  And for those who are not walking with the Ruach Hakodesh (Holy Spirit) in their lives they feel fear and uncertainty about their future.  But as the enemies of Israel and of God gather to destroy Jerusalem I know that God will not allow it to happen, we are about to see one of the greatest miracles known to man.  But what will be destroyed are those nations who come against Jerusalem in favor of the ones the Devil sends.  For those I have no sympathy yet I feel a great need to pray for the true Believers there. 

There is within me a very heavy sadness for I know we must have a larger boat to save many, yet we will do what we can with what we now have.  I pray daily for the needed finance to buy the larger boat, and today I know it will be necessary for us to step out in faith, and I am asking you to pray with me concerning such a move in faith.  To also pray about giving the largest gift you possibly can before it is too late.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, for our son Joel and all the IDF soldiers, pray for this Ministry and your part in it.
